1. Visiting Hours: Visitors are welcome during designated visiting hours.
Morning: 06.00 AM to 07.00 Am
Afternoon: 12.30pm TO 01.30pm
Evening: 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm
Morning: 7.00 am to 7.30 am
Evening: 03.30 pm to 04.00 pm
2. Visitor Limit: To ensure a quiet and restful environment for patients, we request that each patient have no more than 2 visitors at a time. For ICUs, it will be limited to 1 visitor per patient. Please note that visitors may be restricted according to a patient’s medical condition and/or special needs.
3. Identification: All visitors must check in at the main reception desk or designated check-in area. Valid photo identification is required. Visitors will receive a visitor pass, which must be kept in hand at all times while in the hospital.
4. Children Visitors: Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the hospital.
5. Infection Control: Please adhere to infection control policies, including proper hand hygiene. When visiting patients with contagious illnesses, additional precautions may be required.
6. Noise Control: To maintain a healing environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum. Turn off or silence cell phones and electronic devices in patient care areas.
7. Respect for Privacy: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all patients. Do not engage in conversations or take photographs of patients without their consent.
